Return & Refund Policy

Sessions & Packages

All session purchases (single sessions, 4-session packages, and 8-session packages) are non-refundable once booked. This policy ensures commitment to the process and respects the time set aside for you.

Rescheduling

• You may reschedule a session with at least 48 hours’ notice without penalty.

• Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the session being forfeited.

Packages

• Multi-session packages must be used within 6 months of the purchase date.

• Unused sessions after this period will expire and cannot be refunded or transferred.

Exceptions

If an emergency arises, please contact me directly. I understand that life happens and will do my best to accommodate on a case-by-case basis.
